I. Applications of the General Conditions of Sale

The Site is reserved for retail sales to private individuals acting for personal purposes (the "Customer"). The Customer declares and guarantees to act as the final consumer of the products he orders.

The general conditions of sale (the "GTC") detailed below apply to and form an integral part of all orders and sales of products and services made via the Site (the "Products")  by the customer. 

The Customer must read the T&Cs prior to any order (the "Order"), the T&Cs being available on the Sites.

Consequently, the fact of placing an Order implies full prior and unreserved acceptance of the GCS by the Customer by clicking on the button "I have read and I accept the general conditions of sale".

Laura Laval Paris reserves the right to adapt or modify these T&Cs at any time. The version of the GCS applicable to a sale is the one appearing online on the site.  www.lauralavalparis.com at the time of the Order.

II. Information on the Site and accessibility of the Site

www.lauralavalparis.com  is an e-commerce site owned and operated by Laura Laval Paris.

Accessible to all users of the Internet network in principle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for interruption, scheduled or not, for the purposes of its maintenance and/or security or in the event of force majeure (as defined below).

Laura Laval Paris cannot be held responsible for any damage, whatever its nature, resulting from the unavailability of the Site.

Laura Laval Paris does not guarantee that the Site will be free from anomalies, errors or bugs, or that the Site will operate without failure or interruption. In this regard, he may freely and at his entire discretion determine any period of unavailability of the Site or its content. Nor can Laura Laval Paris be held responsible for problems with data transmission, connection or unavailability of the network.

Laura Laval Paris reserves the right to change the Site, for technical or commercial reasons.

When these modifications do not alter the conditions of the provision of services, in a substantial and negative way, the Customer may be informed of the modifications made, but his acceptance is not required.

III. Registration on the Site

To be able to place an Order, the Customer must first register on the Site by creating an account containing the Customer's information (the "Account").  The Customer's registration on the Site is validated by Laura Laval Paris after verification of the standard form completed by the Customer.

The Customer receives a registration confirmation email.

When creating his Account, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data he provides. The Customer is required to always update his personal information.

In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Laura Laval Paris cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Products.  In order to allow easier and faster registration or connection to the Site, the Customer has the option of automatically pre-filling the registration form using the “Facebook Connect” option.

By registering on the Site, the Customer declares and guarantees to Laura Laval Paris that he is of legal age and has the legal capacity to contract.

Laura Laval Paris may delete the Customer's Account at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without its liability being incurred in this respect.

IV. Products

The Products offered for sale are those described on the Site on the day the Customer consults the Site, within the limits of available stocks.

These indications are updated automatically in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever its origin, does not engage the responsibility of Laura Laval Paris.

As such, Laura Laval Paris cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an Order for a Product due to the depletion of stocks. 

Laura Laval Paris takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its Products to best satisfy the Customer's information.

However, it is possible that errors may appear on the Site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

V. Orders

Taking an Order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Laura Laval Paris on the Site comprising successive stages leading to the validation of the Order.

The Customer may select as many Products as he wishes, within the limit of the normal needs of a consumer and within the limit of five (5) identical Products (same model, same color and same size). These Products will be added to the basket (the "Basket"), which summarizes the Products chosen by the Customer as well as the prices and costs relating thereto. The Customer may freely modify the Basket before validating his Order.

The validation of the Order and the fact of clicking on the button "I have read and I accept the general conditions of sale" constitute confirmation of the acceptance by the Customer of the GCS, the Products purchased, their price as well as the associated costs. 

A confirmation email summarizing the Order (Product(s), price, availability of the Product(s), quantity, etc.) will be sent to the Customer by Laura Laval Paris. To this end, the Customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for confirmation by Laura Laval Paris of the content of his Order.

VI. Refusal to process an Order

Laura Laval Paris reserves the right to withdraw any Product displayed on the Site at any time and to replace or modify any content or information appearing on the latter. Despite Laura Laval Paris' best efforts to meet the expectations of its customers, the latter may refuse to process an Order after having sent the Customer the confirmation email summarizing the Order.

Laura Laval Paris cannot be held liable to the Customer or a third party for the harmful consequences of the withdrawal of a Product from the Site, or the replacement or modification of any content or information appearing on this Site, or even the refusal to process a order after sending the confirmation email summarizing the Order.

Laura Laval Paris also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an Order from a Customer with whom it has a dispute over the payment of a previous order or who has acted in disregard of these GCS, or in the event of objective suspicion of fraud. 

Laura Laval Paris formally prohibits the use of its Site for professional purposes, in particular with a view to purchasing for resale on a professional basis. Consequently, Laura Laval Paris reserves the right to refuse an order placed by a professional or by a person clearly acting for professional purposes, in particular if the quantity of items ordered abnormally exceeds the needs of a consumer.

VII. DELIVERY

Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Products (the “Delivery”).

The Delivery takes place, according to the Customer's choice, either by the collection of the Products at the selected collection point (in the Boutique or at a Relay Point, subject to the acceptance of the package by the selected Relay Point), or by the receipt of the Products to the postal address indicated, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal person (delivery to his company). 

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or to PO boxes. 

The Delivery costs applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Site at the time of the Order in the section “  Delivery and returns  ". 

When Laura Laval Paris takes care of the delivery of the Product, the risks of loss or deterioration of the Product are transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery. On the other hand, when the Customer takes care of the delivery of the Product, the risks are transferred to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier.

Laura Laval Paris delivers Orders within a maximum period of five (5) working days for Delivery in Metropolitan France and ten (10) working days for International Delivery, this period being counted from the first working day after the confirmation of the order.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

VIII . Right of withdrawal – RETURN and REFUND

9.1. Deadline and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise his right of withdrawal from Laura Laval Paris, without have to give reasons for their decision. Beyond this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is firm and definitive.

The Customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal for a Product made according to his specifications, used, worn, washed, damaged or unsealed.

You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return your purchases to us.

Items must be in their packaging and in their original condition (no returns will be accepted if the item has been worn and/or washed).​

For sale items, archives and promo code use: you have a period of 7 days from the delivery date of your order to return your purchases to us.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Returns will not be accepted if: The item has been worn and/or washed, if the label is missing.

A credit note will be offered to you instead of a refund if the part is not returned respectfully in the package (upside down, in a ball, etc.) You will receive a carefully prepared package, please do the same !

For Europe and world returns, please keep us informed by e-mail, with the return form in the package.

IX. Legal guarantees

All products for sale on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (as defined in articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (as defined in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code), allowing the Customer to return free of charge the Products delivered defective or non-compliant.

However, Products modified, repaired or integrated by the Customer are excluded from the warranty. 

The warranty will not apply to apparent defects, or that the Customer knew or could not ignore when placing the Order, in particular with regard to the indications provided by Laura Laval Paris.

The warranty also does not cover Products damaged after transfer of risk to the Customer, or due to improper use.

X. PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

In accordance with the provisions of law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the site has been declared to the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) under the number 2039445.

All the information in your Account is only used in the context of your commercial relationship with www.lauralavalparis.com. This information is never shared with third parties or resold for purposes other than the performance of the services provided by Laura Laval Paris.

Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by Paypal or by the secure payment module of our partner WIX and/or KLARNA.
