AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, IS THERE A RESTOCK?
Only iconic pieces will always be restocked in small series. For the rest, we must count on customer feedback... production is in small series and in limited edition, we do notwe cannot always make restocks! To be the first to know about the return of your favorite products, remember to subscribe to the stock alert on the product sheets.
MEANS OF PAYMENT:
You can order on the site in complete security. Payment can be made by credit card or Paypal.
Payment at the showroom is possible by credit card or cash.
For a refund, your bank account will be re-creditedity of the sum of the items returned within 1 week - 10 days depending on the method of payment.
The refund will be made with the payment method used when ordering.

You can make a payment in 3 installments free of charge with Klarna!

DELIVERY :
Orders are shipped within 48 hours with tracking.
For all orders placed on Friday after 9 a.m., weekends and public holidays, orders will be prepared the next working day.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition (no returns will be accepted if the item has been worn and/or washed).

You will be offered a credit instead of a refund if the part is not returned within the deadline or if it is not returned respectfully in the package (upside down, in a ball, etc.) You receive a carefully prepared package, thank you for doing the same!

Returns from abroad must be passed as a sample if you have a customs form.
If customs fees are applied upon receipt of your package, they will be deducted from your refund: You do not have to pay taxes on delivery, so please do the same!
Reimbursement of order with credit:
Using a promo code or credit will change the amount payable for your order.
We can only refund the amount of the order and not the credit itself (the refund is made via the payment method used when ordering, therefore only the amount you paid)
The credit will then be recredited with the remaining balance according to the value of the return made.
I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ORDERS, IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE THEM?
You have 2 hours to make the request by email and we will do what is necessary to consolidate your order. If you have paid shipping costs several times, they will be refunded to you within 72 hours.
I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE SIZE, HOW TO DO?
If you have any doubt regarding a size, do not hesitate to contact me for more information, you also have the size guide available if necessary. If you want to make an exchange, send me a message to check availability of the new size.
You then have7 days to countof the delivery date to return your purchases to us and notify us of the change in size and upon receipt your new item will be sent to you with the new tracking number.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your return has been received, the refund will be made under1 week - 10 days, depending on the payment platform
